These Terms of Service govern the use of the website business-english.club and the English tutoring services provided by Braga English Club.
By using this website or booking a lesson, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or services.

Braga English Club provides English language tutoring and consultation services, including individual lessons, group lessons, lessons for adults, and lessons for children.
Lessons may be conducted online via Google Meet or similar platforms, or offline as in-person consultations. The exact format, duration, and structure of lessons may vary depending on the student’s needs.
A free trial lesson may be offered under the following conditions:
The trial lesson is intended to assess the student’s needs and discuss potential study plans.
Lessons must be booked in advance.
Payments may be made by bank transfer, MB Way, PayPal, or cash. All payments are made in EUR.
Lessons may be purchased individually, paid before the lesson, or as lesson packages.
Students may request to reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If a lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the lesson may be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
If a student does not attend the scheduled lesson (no-show), the lesson is considered used and no refund will be provided.
Students under the age of 16 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
Students under the age of 18 may participate in lessons only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for accepting these Terms on behalf of the student.
All teaching materials provided during lessons are the intellectual property of Braga English Club.
Students may use these materials for personal learning purposes only. Recording lessons without explicit permission, copying or redistributing teaching materials, or sharing materials publicly or commercially is prohibited.
Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. The website may not be used to submit false information, interfere with the website’s operation, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Braga English Club provides educational services but does not guarantee specific learning outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Braga English Club shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, service interruptions caused by third-party platforms, or technical issues outside reasonable control.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be published on this website with a revised “Last updated” date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
